The theme of the Center is "Planning and Managing Regional Transportation Systems in a Changing World." Presently, under the direction of Dr. Camille Kamga, the UTRC represents USDOT Region II, including New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
